Oh no ...another dead battery !! I called Hess Tire and Greg squeezed me in at 3 pm to replace the battery ... not a simple fix as the battery is in the front left wheel well of my Dodge Journey. They always make every effort to accommodate their customers. I've been going to them exclusively for the past 9 years. They are like family.

They fit me in to evaluate my problems and corrected my trucks problems in a professional manner. Honest and knowledgeable people. Friendly customer service from the owner and the rest of the workers. This is the best auto repair business that Ive done business with.

That was my 1st time at Hess to replace all my tires and do inspection and i am a very happy new customer! I am a former mechanic and vehicle inspector and these men know their business! Very refreshing to say the least. Comfortable waiting room area! Great price and fast ,done right service! Heck yeah I 'll be back to get all my truck services taken care of, thanks again!

I have contacted Hess tire on 2 separate occasions recently in desperate need of help, and I have never met nicer people. I needed a tire on a Saturday and of course I called just as they were getting ready to close. They stayed open for me and got me all fixed up no questions asked. Secondly I needed an inspection done again, last minute, and again they worked me in. I will never go anywhere else from now on, Hess will forever be my go to place! And as a side note there is a cute little deli next door where you can get a snack while you wait!
